Colin’s Deviled Eggs

When Colin brings Deviled Eggs to a party, they quickly disappear. This is his adaption of a recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook.

10 hard-boiled eggs (because that’s how many his dish holds)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp (about) mustard (he likes mustard!)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Cook the eggs to hard-boiled stage; allow to cool, then remove shells.

Cut each egg in half; scoop out yolks into a bowl.

Mix yolks with remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon into egg white halves.
