This delicious, refreshing recipe was printed in an issue of Prevention magazine several years ago. It’s an excellent source of potassium and low-fat calories with a cool, tropical taste.
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups skim (nonfat) milk (we use 2% low-fat milk)
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt (we use low-fat yogurt)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. honey
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy immediately.
